Drilling Start Date – Nevada
Our drilling contractor in Nevada has notified ATT that they will be released from a 3rd party drill site after the completion of six final drill holes.
- Expected start date: 10 to 15 November for drilling
- RC Drilling to take 3 weeks for the Firenze and W-Project combined program
- Gold and silver assay turnaround time is 14 days
With current high gold and silver prices, many Nevada companies have extended their drilling programs and kept rigs on site to capitalise on the high commodity prices. The knock-on effect has delayed Altitude’s drill program, and many other companies are facing the same issues, which has been frustrating for investors and management. We are confident, based on the news from our drill contractor, that we will be able to start drilling in November and complete the program in December.
Rights Issue
To allow investors time to appraise the updated operations timeline, the Rights Issue to raise up to $1.5m will now close on 10 November 2026 and is on the same terms as the recent successful placement, which raised $1.215m at 0.5 cents with 1-for-2 free Options @ 1 cent exercise price, including $0.315m from Directors on the same terms (subject to shareholder approval). We encourage shareholders to take up their entitlement and note the ability to bid for overs.facing the same issues, which has been frustrating for investors and management.
