UPCOMING EXPLORATION WORK (MARCH-APRIL)

• Initial ‘boots on the ground’ field assessment of the Byrock Project

• Drill Target validation of Prospect T47 using surface IP geophysics

• Site visit to Rocky Ned Goldfield for structural mapping and assessment by the company’s gold specialist, Dr Paul Kitto

• Rapidly filter additional potential Cu-Au porphyry, orogenic gold and Cobar-style targets using magnetics and radiometric data acquired by cost-effective fixed-wing aircraft

• Acquire depth-to-basement measurements using cost-effective passive seismic. Data to be used for drilling planning and geophysical forward modelling for drill targets across multiple prospects

• Commence drill permit applications and rank all drill targets

• Results will be released in stages over the next 4-8 weeks

REVIEW OF RECENT ACTIVITIES

• Signed an exclusive binding Option, Farm-in and JV agreement that allows CUS to earn up to a 75% interest in the Byrock Project in NSW, see ASX Announcement 11 February 2025

• Planning and assessing proposals from geophysics services providers for passive seismic, air magnetics and surface IP geophysics programs

• Engaged with landowners to obtain further land access agreements and notify landowners of the planned air-magnetics survey in March

• Dr Paul Kitto conducted a desktop review of the Rocky Ned Goldfield
