Altitude Minerals Ltd (ASX: ATT) (Altitude or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a strongly supported placement. The funds raised will be utilised for the acquisition the Company’s new silver and gold targets at the Firenze Project in Nevada, USA, and drilling of copper and gold porphyry targets in the Macquarie Arc, NSW.
This exploration program complements the current drilling activities at the Company’s Eromanga Basin Project, which focuses on Heavy Mineral Sands, and it will provide the company a continuous stream of exploration activity and news flow over the rest of 2025 and into 2026.
SUMMARY OF PLACEMENT
- $2,500,000 Placement at 2.2 cents per share
- Attaching 1 for 2 Option at 3.4 cents valid until 31 July 2027
- Two tranche placement – second tranche subject to shareholder approval
- 114M Shares and 80M Options expected total new securities
