HIGHLIGHTS

  • Altitude has staked 15 additional lode mining claims on open ground immediately adjacent to the W-Project near Winnemucca, Nevada

  • The new claims secure potentially prospective along-strike ground, interpreted to extend the structures hosting the W-Project quartz-calcite epithermal vein system

  • The expanded land position now totalling 48 claims provides greater flexibility for geological mapping, geophysics and future drilling across the broader mineralised system

  • Recent CSAMT geophysics survey results are being analysed ahead of a field mapping and sampling program to commence next week to ground-truth survey results

  • Altitude is advancing target-definition work at the W-Project, with the objective of prioritising drill-ready targets by September

  • 40 of 43 historical drill holes intersected gold mineralisation; 7 ended in mineralisation

Significant Historical Intersections include:

  • 37m @ 1.30 g/t Au, 9.8g/t Ag from 31m (W87-1);
    • Including 15m @ 2.19 g/t Au, 14.1g/t Ag from 49m.
  • 3m @ 3.75 g/t Au, 4.2 g/t Ag from 73m (W87-6);
  • 3m @ 1.6 g/t Au, 22 g/t Ag from 81m (DWP92-2);
  • 37m @ 0.77 g/t Au, 3.96 g/t Ag from 47m (W90-29);
    • Including 6m @ 1.37 g/t Au, 0.46 g/t Ag from 53m.
  • 20m @ 0.68 g/t Au, 1.34 g/t Ag from 26m (W87-24);
    • Including 3m @ 1.38 g/t Au, 3.1 g/t Ag from 33m.

Securing this adjacent ground is a disciplined and low-cost step that protects the potential along-strike extension of the W-Project mineralised system. The expanded land position gives Altitude greater scope to test the structural corridor as a whole and ensures that prospective ground immediately surrounding our priority targets is retained for shareholders.

Our near-term focus remains on completing the target-definition work required to rank the best drill opportunities at the W-Project and prepare ourselves for a drill program at our Nevada Silver Gold Targets later in 2026 on the Firenze and W-Projects.
